Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager at Hilti, you will manage and grow relationships with key construction and industrial clients during the execution phase of major projects, ensuring our innovative solutions are integrated effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture relationships with stakeholders across assigned projects, including contractors, engineers, and procurement teams.
• Support project execution by ensuring Hilti products, software, and services are implemented during the mid‑phase of construction projects.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within ongoing projects to maximize share of wallet.
• Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to address project‑specific challenges.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, logistics, marketing, and customer service for seamless delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (civil or mechanical preferred) or a mechanical diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, project management, or the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and stakeholder dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
