Architect

About the role

Join the Technical Office team to develop architectural designs, prepare drawings and BIM models, and coordinate with engineering disciplines while ensuring compliance with the Saudi Building Code and related standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing conceptual, preliminary and detailed architectural drawings and construction/shop drawings.
• Develop and update BIM models and project documentation.
• Coordinate architectural designs with other engineering disciplines to ensure integration and compliance.
• Prepare architectural details, technical specifications, quantity take‑offs and schedules.
• Update drawings and models based on review comments and approvals.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and applicable architectural standards.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Lumion for architectural visualization.
• Autodesk Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.
