Account Manager – Microsoft Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to cultivate strong relationships with enterprise customers and drive Microsoft‑based digital transformation initiatives. You will align Microsoft sales strategies with customer priorities, secure buy‑in, and ensure successful execution of high‑volume sales engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with customer needs and Microsoft’s sales methodology.
• Lead cross‑functional, virtual teams and coordinate with internal industry experts to identify new business opportunities.
• Translate Microsoft product features into measurable business outcomes for customers.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling initiatives across assigned accounts.
• Maintain executive relationships to build trust and promote long‑term digital transformation strategies.
• Provide regular governance and reporting on revenue, consumption targets, and customer outcomes.
