Account Manager - Social

About the role

As an Account Manager for the Social team at Gen Plus Group, you will design, execute, and monitor social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will drive brand awareness, enhance marketing initiatives, and boost audience engagement across major social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client.
• Manage and grow client accounts on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create high‑quality, engaging content including blog posts, photos, videos, and graphics.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments, fostering community interaction.
• Collaborate with clients to align social tactics with overall brand voice and marketing goals.
• Analyze performance data, generate reports, and recommend optimisations.
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in social media or community management.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience using performance measurement tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
