Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments in a timely manner.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing detailed analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily available.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in the real‑estate sector.
• Strong analytical abilities with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
