About the role
Join Diaor, a growing real‑estate company, as an Accountant. You will manage financial records, ensure accuracy, and provide insights that support strategic decisions across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and payments promptly.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and financial reports.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts with detailed analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, providing accurate documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum three years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in real‑estate.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
