Accounting Associate (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Accounting Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to launch a career in accounting and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, reports, and records.
• Perform data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
