Senior Field Credit Analyst – Team Leader

About the role

Coface is seeking a Senior Field Credit Analyst to lead a team of analysts in Riyadh. You will oversee credit reviews, develop sector expertise, and support regional underwriting while ensuring high‑quality information and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of analysts in preparing detailed credit reviews and field assessments.
• Build and maintain relationships with underwriting, information colleagues, and external data providers.
• Conduct phone and on‑site interviews with companies to gather financial and business information.
• Develop country reports, macro‑economic studies, and sector analyses to enhance underwriting capabilities.
• Manage strategic projects such as integration with credit bureaus and formal data sources.
• Ensure quality of assessments, validate DRA scores, and guarantee compliance with group standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior credit risk roles within insurance or banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, Insurance or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Coface’s portfolio management systems: Atlas and Atlas Info.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
