Admissions & Registration Manager

About the role

The Admissions & Registration Manager will lead the full student lifecycle from application through graduation, combining admissions strategy with registrar functions. This senior position is responsible for building the admissions and registration framework from the ground up while ensuring compliance with MOHE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an admissions strategy that meets enrollment targets and adheres to MOHE guidelines.
• Oversee end‑to‑end admissions processes, including application handling, document verification, eligibility checks, decision making and applicant communication.
• Manage the admissions CRM for pipeline tracking, reporting and audit readiness.
• Verify Qiyas/Tahsili scores and academic credentials.
• Coordinate recruitment activities with marketing and maintain relationships with schools and agents.
• Handle course registration, scheduling, add/drop, capacity planning and maintain the Student Information System (SIS) records.
• Issue official academic documents such as transcripts, letters and certificates.
• Ensure compliance with MOHE regulations and PDPL data‑protection standards, producing regular enrollment and registration reports.
• Support accreditation documentation and audits for ETEC/NCAAA and coordinate dual‑degree processes with ASU.
• Lead and develop admissions and registrar teams, set KPIs, define workflows and manage escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in admissions, registrar or enrollment functions, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of MOHE admissions regulations and Qiyas/Tahsili processes.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Student Information System (SIS) management.
• Admissions CRM administration.
• Understanding of PDPL and academic data governance.
