After Sales Technician – Vehicle Diagnostics & Repairs

About the role

The After Sales Technician is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, maintaining and repairing vehicles in Ceer’s Riyadh service centre. Working under direct supervision, the role ensures efficient, safe and standards‑compliant service to maximise customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics on high‑voltage and low‑voltage systems using industry‑standard tools and software.
• Execute mechanical repairs including brake, suspension, tire and drivetrain work.
• Carry out routine maintenance and warranty‑related repairs.
• Document work performed, parts used and labor time accurately.
• Conduct quality‑control inspections on completed jobs.
• Collaborate with service advisors and the Parts Department to communicate findings, recommend repairs and ensure parts availability.
• Follow all safety protocols, use PPE and maintain a clean work environment.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma (Saudi) or Technical Diploma in Automotive Service Technology / Auto Electrical Technology (expat).
• Minimum 2 years (Saudi) or 8 years (expat) hands‑on experience in automotive diagnostics, servicing and repairs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software for vehicle systems.
• Knowledge of high‑voltage and low‑voltage electrical components.
• Experience with brake, suspension, tire and drivetrain repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret service bulletins and manufacturer guidelines.
