About the role

The Agricultural Works Supervisor will oversee daily field operations, ensuring that all agricultural activities are performed to technical standards and within the scheduled timeframes. This onsite role requires close coordination with field workers and management to maintain optimal crop health and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workers performing irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and plowing.
• Monitor field activities to guarantee compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Plan and adjust work schedules to meet project timelines.
• Report progress and any issues to senior management.
• Maintain records of field operations and resource usage.

Required profile

• Technical, secondary, or agricultural qualification specialized in agricultural work.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in field supervision or agricultural operations.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural best practices and standards.
