Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join an established aviation maintenance team in Dammam. The engineer performs maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and repair on aircraft systems to ensure safety and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft engines, avionics, airframe and electrical systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out repairs in line with manufacturer standards and aviation regulations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records and documentation.
• Work with maintenance teams, engineers and quality assurance to support continuous improvement and safety protocols.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits for compliance with aviation safety standards.
• Take part in troubleshooting complex technical issues and provide corrective actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• At least five years of experience in aircraft maintenance engineering or technical services in a commercial aviation environment.
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.

Required skills

• Detailed knowledge of regulatory authorities (FAA, GACA, EASA) and their fundamental design and operation rules.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance programs, reliability analysis and modification control.
