Airline Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Technical Supply Chain Management team within the airline industry. The role focuses on ensuring the availability of aircraft materials, optimizing procurement activities, strengthening supplier performance, and supporting world‑class maintenance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous availability of aircraft spare parts, rotables, and expendables.
• Optimize procurement processes and strategic sourcing for technical supplies.
• Manage vendor relationships, performance, and contract compliance.
• Handle Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations to minimize downtime.
• Conduct material analysis, inventory planning, and warranty management.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost control for supply chain activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Aviation Management or a related field.
• 5–15+ years of relevant experience in airline, MRO, OEM or aviation supplier environments.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft spare parts, rotables, expendables and repair management.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with ERP/MRO systems and advanced data analysis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/MRO platforms such as SAP, AMOS, TRAX, CAMP, Traxall or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills and data reporting capabilities.
