About the role

We are looking for an E‑commerce Sales Specialist to manage and maintain Hjeen’s website, ensuring a smooth user experience and supporting our digital growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content in line with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
• Optimize website performance for search engines (SEO) and improve loading speed.
• Analyze traffic reports and user behavior to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure digital brand consistency.
• Propose and implement development ideas that enhance the digital experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in website management or a similar role, preferably with the Zid platform.
• Excellent written English.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to user experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
