Allocator (Merchandise Planner) – Head Office, Jeddah

About the role

The Allocator ensures optimal distribution of inventory across retail, e‑commerce and B2B accounts, focusing on inventory planning, replenishment and key performance indicators to support smooth supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute allocation strategy for seasonal products, aligning with assortment and demand plans.
• Build and maintain inventory and replenishment plans considering store space, delivery frequency and stock requirements.
• Manage inventory push initiatives, markdowns and promotional activities to balance stock levels.
• Track and optimise store‑to‑store transfers and stock balances across stores, digital hubs and distribution centres.
• Monitor planning KPIs such as in‑stock availability, days of inventory and on‑time‑in‑full performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply planning or allocation, preferably in retail, fashion or FMCG.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
