Stock Controller

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Stock Controller with experience in the perfume or cosmetics sector to manage inventory in our Jeddah office. You will ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and support cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels of perfume and cosmetics using inventory management software.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical counts with system records.
• Analyze sales trends and forecast inventory needs to optimise stock levels.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and negotiate terms.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports on stock levels, turnover rates and potential shortages.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess inventory data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
• Attention to detail to guarantee accuracy in stock counts and records.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
