Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are looking for a creative Architect to join our team in Riyadh on a full‑time basis. The role involves leading design concepts through to detailed construction documents for high‑profile projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept and schematic phases to detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare and present design proposals, specifications and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Create 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, interior designers and construction managers.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations and sustainability standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify design intent.
• Manage project timelines, resources and budgets.
• Promote creativity and innovation within the design team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
• Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Professional licensure or registration is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication and project‑management abilities.
