Architect Engineer – Design & Sustainable Projects

About the role

We are looking for a talented Architect Engineer to lead the design, development, and oversight of architectural projects. The role blends engineering principles with architectural aesthetics to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop architectural designs that meet industry standards and regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to guide design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with structural engineers and other professionals to integrate engineering systems.
• Promote sustainable design practices, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental impact.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports with high accuracy.
• Ensure all designs comply with safety codes, functionality requirements, and relevant standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Professional licensure as an Architect or Engineer is a plus.
• 3–7 years of proven experience in architectural design and engineering, preferably with QSR projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
