Architectural Draftsman – Full‑time

About the role

Riymar is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman to join its Riyadh office. The successful candidate will translate design concepts into precise, construction‑ready drawings while collaborating closely with engineers and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings and plans that align with project requirements and approved designs.
• Create detailed, construction‑ready architectural drawings of various types.
• Convert ideas, designs, and specifications into executable engineering drawings.
• Review drawings for accuracy, compliance with engineering standards, and project specifications.
• Update and revise drawings throughout project phases as required.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with other engineering disciplines, including MEP drawings.
• Organise and maintain drawing files, ensuring proper version control.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and the project development team.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Architectural Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of practical experience in architectural drafting.
• Previous experience in engineering or consulting offices or similar project environments.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficient hands‑on command of AutoCAD.
• Strong experience with Revit.
• Solid understanding of BIM workflows.
• Ability to interpret and coordinate MEP drawings.
