Assets & Portfolio Management Director

About the role

Riyadh Holding Company is seeking an experienced Assets & Portfolio Management Director to lead the strategic management and optimisation of its real‑estate portfolio. The role will drive asset performance, create value and support long‑term growth in line with the company’s strategic objectives and Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic management and optimisation of the company’s asset portfolio, subsidiaries and investments to maximise long‑term value.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyse financial and operational results and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Develop and oversee portfolio governance, performance frameworks, KPIs and executive reporting dashboards.
• Identify risks, growth opportunities and value‑creation initiatives to enhance portfolio performance and capital efficiency.
• Partner with subsidiary leadership and key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, operational excellence and business performance.
• Support strategic initiatives such as portfolio optimisation, investments, acquisitions and divestitures while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Master’s degree and/or professional certifications (CFA, MBA) preferred.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in asset management, portfolio management, corporate finance, investment management or strategy, including leadership experience.
• Prior experience in real estate, holding companies, investment firms or large corporates is preferred.
