Assistant Business Development Manager

About the role

Mnzil is expanding its sales organisation and seeks an Assistant Business Development Manager to boost team performance while managing a personal portfolio of key accounts. This full‑time, on‑site position blends hands‑on selling with strategic support for the Business Development Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Business Development Manager in achieving daily sales targets.
• Distribute leads and accounts across the sales team to ensure balanced coverage.
• Coach junior sales representatives on pipeline management and closing techniques.
• Own and close a portfolio of high‑value accounts and opportunities.
• Monitor team sales metrics, compare against targets, and flag gaps early.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in sales or business development with a proven personal sales record.
• Experience coaching or supporting other sales reps.
• Ability to balance personal sales goals with team‑support responsibilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and professional English.
