Assistant Community Manager

About the role

The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of a large residential community. Acting as the second‑in‑command, this role ensures operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and compliance with Azure’s service standards, stepping in to lead when the Community Manager is absent.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing overall community operations and ensure service excellence across all departments.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, amenities, and facilities to verify compliance with standards.
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs and SLAs, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Handle complex resident concerns, complaints and escalations, delivering timely resolutions.
• Support resident engagement initiatives, community events and programs to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Front Office, Amenity and Lifestyle teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs and ensure high‑quality upkeep of all areas.
• Supervise workforce planning, shift scheduling, attendance and operational coverage for front‑line teams.
• Prepare administrative reports and ensure compliance with health, safety and security requirements.

Required profile

• Experience supporting a Community Manager or similar role in residential property management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to act independently and make decisions in the manager’s absence.
