Assistant Manager - Marketing (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing to support the development and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns. The role will involve coordinating promotional activities, managing digital content, and ensuring brand consistency across all communications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage and update social media platforms and digital content.
• Coordinate promotional events, activities, and marketing initiatives.
• Produce engaging marketing materials such as presentations, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and prepare marketing reports.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism or other customer‑focused industries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
