Assistant Manager – Product Training

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Product Training drives sport‑focused training programs, onboarding and athlete development across retail stores. You will coordinate training logistics, adapt global content to local needs and ensure consistent delivery that enhances product knowledge and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute store‑wide training plans aligned with seasonal sport priorities.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end training rollouts across stores, offices and distribution centers.
• Adapt global training content into locally relevant, sport‑focused modules while maintaining learning outcomes.
• Deliver engaging learning experiences that strengthen product knowledge, selling skills and service standards.
• Manage LMS data, track completion, and provide regular reporting on training coverage and effectiveness.
• Partner with Store Managers, Operations, Area Managers and HR to identify training needs and close capability gaps.
• Support onboarding and continuous development through structured learning, coaching and on‑floor experience.
• Monitor training impact, gather feedback and continuously improve learning programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, training coordination or retail learning roles.
• Exposure to retail operations or front‑line training is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
