Assistant Manager – Strategic Consultancy

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical real‑estate professional to join Savills’ Strategic Consultancy team as an Assistant Manager. The role supports a broad portfolio of consultancy assignments, from market studies and feasibility assessments to master‑plan advisory and investment appraisal, helping clients make informed development and investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of consultancy assignments, including market studies, feasibility and highest‑and‑best‑use analyses, master‑plan reports, development recommendations and investment appraisals.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and liaising with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Define research requirements, coordinate primary and secondary data collection, and produce high‑quality reports and strategic recommendations.
• Maintain and update Excel‑based financial models covering project programmes, cash‑flow analysis, development assumptions and financial assessments.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis across asset classes, evaluating supply, demand, performance trends and future outlook.
• Analyse demographic, economic and sector indicators to produce demand forecasts and benchmark comparable projects.

Required profile

• Strong interest in real‑estate advisory with the ability to combine market intelligence, financial analysis and commercial insight.
• Excellent analytical and research skills, with attention to detail and high‑quality report writing.
• Proactive attitude, capable of managing multiple projects and interacting with clients and senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modelling and data analysis.
