Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support TDG’s marketing function across two intertwined streams – corporate marketing and project marketing. You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s brand presence online and offline while collaborating closely with the sales team to promote development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own and update the TDG website, ensuring content, structure and branding are current.
• Plan, schedule and publish content across all TDG social media channels and monitor performance.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns that raise TDG’s profile with target audiences.
• Organise TDG’s participation in events, exhibitions and industry forums from concept to on‑site delivery.
• Act as custodian of the TDG brand, enforcing brand guidelines on all communications.
• Manage marketing budgets, suppliers and timelines, reporting results to leadership.
• Provide marketing input for development projects, shaping positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Lead or contribute to project‑marketing workstreams and coordinate external marketing consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Five to eight years of relevant marketing experience.
• Proven experience in corporate marketing – website, social media, campaigns and events.
• Experience managing external agencies or consultants; real‑estate or property sector experience is a plus.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to align marketing with sales objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
