Assistant Store Manager – Ha'il

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Ha'il store of Damas Jewellery. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of customer service while maintaining a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate restocking and ensure accurate stock records.
• Handle cash management, daily reporting and store budgeting.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high satisfaction rates.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with safety, operational and security standards (CCTV, alarms, etc.).
• Assume full store manager responsibilities in their absence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to analyse sales data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Positive attitude, pleasant personality and excellent negotiation skills.
• Good product knowledge of jewellery and related merchandise.
