Associate Director, Requirements and Capabilities

About the role

The Associate Director, Requirements and Capabilities will drive Raytheon's business growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Country Director of Requirements & Capabilities, the role leads pipeline development, external customer engagement and acts as the voice of the customer within Raytheon.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Raytheon’s presence in KSA.
• Coordinate customer correspondence, capture and proposal gate reviews, leadership visits, trade shows and external consultant activities.
• Assist the Country R&C Director in ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and practices.
• Create financial tools, track metrics such as 5‑Year Plan assessments, New Business Investment requirements and ERPM opportunities.
• Maintain day‑to‑day cadence of tasks, processes and infrastructure needed for effective R&C operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in aerospace, defense or related business development roles.
• Proven track record of growing sales pipelines and managing complex customer engagements.
• Strong understanding of Raytheon’s internal processes and compliance requirements.
