Associate - Energy and Natural Resources - Dubai/Riyadh

About the role

Oliver Wyman is expanding its Energy and Natural Resources practice and is looking for an Associate to join the team in the Gulf region. You will work on strategic and operational projects for leading energy companies and government entities, helping them solve complex challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Break down complex problems into manageable tasks and guide junior consultants.
• Plan and execute rigorous analyses, identify core issues, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with clients and project teams to drive project progress.
• Manage small workstreams and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a top‑tier strategy consulting firm or a leading energy company.
• Strong background in strategic problem solving and analytical work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a reputable university.
