Associate Facilities Engineer – Mechanical

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a motivated Associate Facilities Engineer specializing in mechanical systems to support the design, operation, and maintenance of facilities across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Energy, and Healthcare in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure 24/7 operational efficiency of office facilities, coordinate maintenance activities, and act as the first response team during emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain office facilities to guarantee continuous operational efficiency.
• Coordinate logistics, receive and verify materials, and manage project logistics during scheduled shutdowns.
• Oversee janitorial services, parking management, and emergency response.
• Collect and analyze data to support engineering solutions, design basis, and proposals for new construction or modifications.
• Monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and recommend design or material changes.
• Develop cost estimates for engineering, labor, equipment, and materials and assist in issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operation, maintenance, and engineering activities.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire‑suppression systems.
• Familiarity with industry codes and safety regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
