Associate Financial Analyst

About the role

The Associate Financial Analyst will support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, performance analysis, and business planning activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and handling confidential information.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis.
• Analyze business performance, profitability, costs, and key financial metrics.
• Develop and maintain KPI reports and dashboards.
• Prepare presentations for business review meetings.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses and support decision‑making.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Assist in contract, tender, and project costing.
• Support product costing and pricing analysis.
• Review business processes and assist in strengthening internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance, and SOCPA membership.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Management Reporting.
• ACCA/CMA qualification is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
