Associate Logistics Analyst

About the role

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Logistics Analyst to support logistics and warehouse operations across Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with internal teams and third‑party logistics partners to ensure efficient, compliant product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities to achieve on‑time, accurate order fulfilment.
• Coordinate transportation and warehouse operations with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations and control activities.
• Track logistics KPIs, prepare operational reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support stock transfers, product launches and supply‑chain improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations or inventory management.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
