Associate Marketplace Consultant – Softlines Category

About the role

Amazon is seeking an Associate Marketplace Consultant for its Softlines category to join the Third‑Party Marketplace team in Riyadh. You will help small and medium‑size sellers launch and grow on Amazon by evaluating their businesses, generating leads, and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and recruit high‑potential merchants for targeted brands and product types via phone, email or field visits.
• Spot market trends and recommend selection additions to grow the portfolio.
• Implement and track performance metrics to monitor seller success and uncover new opportunities.
• Develop deep knowledge of Amazon tools and services and ensure sellers adopt them efficiently.
• Educate selling partners on Amazon’s delivery standards and customer experience expectations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience (2 years preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Amazon tools and services.
