About the role
Ingram Micro, a global technology distributor, is hiring an Associate Professional for its Presales SUSE team in Riyadh. As a presales consultant, you will help sell assigned products by giving customers technical support and turning their needs into the right solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Convert customer and reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.
- Meet with end users to understand their requirements.
- Generate bills of materials and design solution blocks with hardware and software vendors.
- Run demos and proof of concept presentations for customers.
- Organise and deliver technical training for partners and customers.
Required profile
- 2 to 4 years of presales experience.
- Experience with security and SUSE.
- Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
