Associate Technician, After Sales Accessories

About the role

This position is responsible for fitting, testing and verifying authorized electrical and mechanical accessories on vehicles, both before delivery and post‑sale, while ensuring compliance with OEM guidelines and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test and configure genuine accessories (electrical and mechanical) according to customer requests and OEM specifications.
• Diagnose and rectify faults related to installed accessories without affecting warranty or safety compliance.
• Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues, including high‑voltage and low‑voltage components.
• Execute mechanical repairs such as brake system maintenance, suspension adjustments, tire services and drivetrain repairs.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks and warranty‑related repairs.
• Operate specialized diagnostic equipment and software to efficiently resolve technical problems.
• Collaborate with service advisors to explain findings, recommend repairs and provide accurate time estimates.
• Document work performed, parts used and labor time; conduct quality‑control inspections on completed repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage.

Required profile

• Technical High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑2 years of experience in automotive diagnostics, servicing or repairs.
