Audit COOP Program – Riyadh, Jeddah & Khobar

About the role

Our Audit COOP Program at KPMG Middle East offers senior accounting students the chance to apply academic knowledge in real‑world audit engagements across Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar. The four‑ to six‑month placement provides hands‑on experience, professional development and a potential pathway to a graduate role.

Key responsibilities

• Assist audit teams in planning, fieldwork and documentation for client engagements.
• Perform substantive testing, data analysis and compliance checks under supervision.
• Prepare workpapers, schedules and reports in accordance with KPMG methodology.
• Collaborate with senior staff to identify audit issues and propose solutions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting or a related field (senior year) or recent graduate.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent 4/5).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Demonstrated intercultural awareness and ability to work in diverse teams.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and audit procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
