Auditor – CPA & SOCPA Certified (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Auditor with both CPA and SOCPA certifications to lead accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure the integrity of financial data, adherence to local regulations, and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in line with IFRS and SOCPA standards.
• Ensure full compliance with ZATCA regulations, including VAT, Zakat, and corporate income tax.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll accounting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and lead internal audit processes.
• Prepare and submit accurate VAT and Zakat returns on schedule.
• Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies.
• Analyze financial performance, produce management reports and forecasts.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities.
• Maintain compliance with Saudi labor, tax, and commercial laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• CPA certification (US or equivalent) – required.
• SOCPA membership or certification – mandatory.
• 3 to 9 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, SOCPA standards, and Saudi tax legislation.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
