AV Technician – Engineering Associate

About the role

Join the Engineering team at Rosewood Red Sea as an AV Technician. You will be responsible for delivering seamless audio‑visual experiences for conferences, events, and entertainment across the luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Install, operate, and maintain AV equipment such as projectors, LED screens, microphones, and related systems.
• Support live events by providing high‑quality technical assistance and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with event teams to ensure smooth execution and exceptional guest experiences.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep AV equipment in optimal condition.
• Follow safe rigging, cabling, and electrical practices during live functions.
• Provide flexible support to other Engineering functions as business needs arise.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of audio‑visual systems and equipment operation.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
• Proactive approach to maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving.
• Effective communication and collaborative teamwork across departments.
