B2B Lighting Sales Executive

About the role

Arak Lighting Solutions is seeking a driven B2B Lighting Sales Executive to expand its commercial footprint across Saudi Arabia. You will leverage your network within the construction and building sector to promote our architectural, commercial, and smart lighting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with MEP contractors on key projects.
• Identify upcoming commercial, residential, and institutional projects to secure product specifications and supply contracts.
• Present and pitch core lighting, lighting control, GRMS, and automation systems to decision‑makers.
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from initial contact through contract closing and handover support.
• Track local market trends, competitor activity, and project timelines to maximize sales opportunities.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of commercial B2B sales experience in the Saudi construction or building supplies market.
• Active, proven relationships with MEP contractors in Saudi Arabia.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites and client offices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
