B2B Sales Hunter – Flexible Packaging & Printing

About the role

ENPI Group, a leading regional manufacturer in packaging and containers, is looking for a high‑performing B2B Sales Hunter to drive new‑business development across Saudi Arabia’s flexible packaging and printing market. The role covers the full commercial cycle for products such as flexible packaging, flexographic and rotogravure printed materials, self‑adhesive labels, printed films, laminates, pouches and rollstock.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new high‑value accounts in FMCG, food & beverage, pharma and retail sectors.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely progression of opportunities.
• Develop and present tailored commercial proposals for flexible packaging, printing and label solutions.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with procurement managers, packaging engineers and key decision‑makers.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends and emerging customer needs.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the Saudi packaging market with an established network of buyers and procurement managers.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in B2B sales.
• Fluent in Arabic and English for client engagement.
• Experience selling to FMCG, food & beverage or pharma packaging buyers.

Required skills

• Flexographic Printing (FLEXO) and Rotogravure Printing (Gravure).
• Self‑Adhesive Labels (SAL) and Flexible Packaging solutions.
• Printed films, laminates, pouches and rollstock product knowledge.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
