About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our café team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality coffee and beverage service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily operational duties in line with brand standards, including product ordering, equipment setup, and opening/closing procedures.
- Maintain orderliness and report any discrepancies in procedures, quality, or standards to the manager.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents positively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Place orders for required items by coordinating with suppliers according to guidelines.
- Complete weekly inventory of bar utensils, record wastage or breakage, and report findings to management.
Required profile
- High School diploma.
- 1–2 years of experience in food & beverage operations or café environment.
- Knowledge of specialty drink preparation is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
