About the role
Wheat & Butter is seeking an experienced Barista to join its coffee team in Jeddah. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality hot and cold beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and cold beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality controls throughout the service area.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members and support shift coverage as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Barista.
- Good knowledge of hot and cold beverage preparation.
- Excellent customer‑service attitude.
- Commitment to quality, hygiene, and food‑safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
