Beauty Consultant – Chanel (Riyadh)

About the role

The Beauty Consultant for Chanel in Riyadh will deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales within the luxury beauty segment. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests, using product knowledge and sales techniques to meet and exceed targets while upholding Chanel’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and use appropriate sales techniques to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain counter cleanliness, ensure timely stock replenishment, and manage product displays.
• Handle new product launches, promotions, and post‑launch sales tracking.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs and demonstrate product usage and benefits.
• Generate daily sales reports, track sell‑out targets, and participate in incentive programs.
• Ensure merchandising levels comply with brand guidelines.
• Report stock shortages using the stock order form and manage inventory on the sales floor.
• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster loyalty.
