About the role
Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world's largest hotel groups with ten brands and more than 1,460 hotels, is hiring a Bellman in Riyadh. The role welcomes guests and delivers a high standard of luxury hospitality and guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and warmth
- Assist guests with luggage handling, storage and room delivery
- Escort guests to their rooms while introducing hotel facilities and services
- Coordinate efficiently with the Front Office and Concierge teams
- Support guest requests promptly and courteously
- Keep lobby and entrance areas organized and welcoming
- Assist with transportation arrangements and guest departures
Required profile
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong written and verbal English
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and to stay calm and courteous with all guests
