B&F Talent Coach

About the role

The B&F Talent Coach will lead and develop the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This full‑time position is based in Riyadh’s Financial District and focuses on coaching staff, maintaining service standards, and supporting operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure teamwork and optimal service delivery across all dining areas.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and overall presentation; correct deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing the venue.
• Manage inventory, stock requisitions, and FIFO organization of storage areas.
• Monitor dining room seating, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Create and track work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Uphold company safety, security, and quality policies; report incidents promptly.
• Welcome guests, anticipate needs, and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and navigating confined spaces.
