About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented BIM Engineer to join our Riyadh team. You will develop, manage and coordinate Building Information Models for large‑scale construction projects, working closely with architects, engineers and contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 3D BIM models using Revit, ArchiCAD or Navisworks.
- Integrate and coordinate MEP systems within the overall model and resolve clashes.
- Perform clash detection analyses and produce detailed reports for design and construction teams.
- Create and manage technical documentation, drawing sets and construction specifications derived from BIM models.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to enforce BIM standards, protocols and best practices.
- Analyze project requirements and translate them into accurate BIM deliverables that meet codes and industry standards.
- Organise BIM data, ensuring consistent file structure, naming conventions and version control.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional organisational skills.
- Commitment to high accuracy and efficiency in all BIM deliverables.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in BIM for complex construction projects.
