BIM Manager – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead Building Information Modeling initiatives for projects in Riyadh. The role involves shaping BIM strategies, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high‑quality digital deliverables from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, templates and project‑specific Execution Plans (BEP).
• Coordinate BIM workflows across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines, ensuring compliance with client requirements and ISO 19650.
• Conduct model reviews, clash detection and quality checks, maintaining LOD, naming conventions and COBie data.
• Provide technical support, training and mentorship to internal and external teams on Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 and related tools.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to define BIM deliverables and expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in digital delivery, innovation and BIM adoption.
• Prepare and maintain BIM documentation, guidelines and progress reports.

Required profile

• At least 15 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a BIM Manager or BIM Lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to mentor multidisciplinary teams and manage BIM processes.
