Board Affairs Specialist

About the role

The Board Affairs Specialist supports the company’s corporate governance by coordinating all Board of Directors and committee activities. Working from the Riyadh headquarters, you will ensure that meetings are efficiently organised, minutes are accurately recorded, and all documentation complies with legal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and organise Board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and briefing materials in advance.
• Record, draft and distribute precise, legally‑compliant minutes and maintain official action logs.
• Manage the secure archiving of physical and digital board records, resolutions and confidential documents.
• Track implementation of Board resolutions and follow‑up with executive management.
• Ensure all Board activities adhere to the company’s bylaws, internal policies and Saudi regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Board members, handling inquiries, onboarding and communications.
• Coordinate with Finance to process Board members’ remunerations, allowances and expenses.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all Board deliberations and related information.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Board affairs or corporate governance.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a business‑related discipline.
