Boutique Manager – Luxury Watch Retail

About the role

The Boutique Manager will lead Longines’ boutique to achieve sales excellence, deliver exceptional client experiences, and uphold the brand’s heritage and standards. This role combines commercial performance, client development, team leadership, and operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, ATV and UPT, and develop action plans to drive performance.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences, promote Longines heritage, and nurture relationships with VIP and loyal clients through CRM and clienteling activities.
• Lead, coach and develop the boutique team, conduct performance reviews, and support recruitment and training.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, cash handling, compliance with brand standards, and store security.
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines, maintain boutique presentation, and support product launches and promotional events.
• Prepare performance reports, analyse KPIs, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting and business planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a luxury retail boutique or high‑end store.
• Strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales and profitability goals.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships, especially with VIP customers.
• Leadership skills to motivate, develop and retain a sales team.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage inventory, compliance and visual standards.
