Branch In-Charge

About the role

The Branch In‑Charge leads the overall management and performance of a branch, ensuring sales growth, profitability and high‑quality customer service. Reporting to the head office, the role coordinates daily operations, inventory, logistics and administrative tasks while maintaining strong relationships with the factory and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the branch to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations including inventory coordination, collections and logistics.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships, ensuring timely and satisfactory service.
• Coordinate closely with the factory and head office to align production and supply chain activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and reporting standards.
• Lead, coach and evaluate the branch team to foster a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Strong background in sales and business development.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to plan, organize and make decisions under pressure.
• Analytical mindset with reporting capabilities.
